"Copycat", directed by Jon Amiel - 1995 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copycat_(film) "Copycat" is a horror film about a serial killer who copies the methods of previous, famous serial killers. A criminal profiler who tries to identify him, tries to stop him with the help of her friend, otherwise they will be next.

This is similar to our film, as the main killer in our film is also psychological. The serial killer, in our film, also doesn't have one particular way of killing his victims and the main girl in our film, also tries to uncover his identity. However, the main girl, Rachael, is isolated and alone, in contrast with "Copycat", where there are many people trying to uncover the killer.

Stephen King's, "It" - 1990 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/It_(1990_film)
"It" is also a horror film. Set in America, the main character in "It" is a clown, so this is similar to our film as the main killer in our film, will be based on a clown. The clown in "It" comes across seemingly friendly, however murders children. A group of people, try to get revenge on the character that they name "It", as it has killed one of the characters younger brother. "It" adapts his appearance in order to exploit the fears and phobias of its victims, whereas the killer in our film, murders his victims in different ways, in order to make them look like suicide, so nobody suspects a thing, apart from the main girl, Rachael.

"The Strangers" - directed by Bryan Betino - 2008 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Strangers
"The Strangers", is an American horror film that is based around a young couple who are isolated, violently attacked and terrorized by 3 masked killers. They are stalking the couple, which is similar to our film as the main character is stalking one girl whom he really wants to kill, but can't get his hands on her. However, in our film, the main girl kills the murderer (her stalker) at the end, in contrast with "The Strangers".
